# INNEX User Guide

## Superadmin

The Superadmin can manage every account, reopen completed competitions or finalised evaluations with a recorded reason, and view audit logs.

## Administrator

1. Create a competition and enter its categories.
2. Create one or more rubrics. Only one rubric is active at a time, and each rubric must total 100%.
3. Create student and evaluation-panel accounts manually or through CSV import.
4. Register projects, select a team leader and members, and upload supporting files.
5. Open **Assign Evaluation Panels** from the competition page and select panels for every project.
6. Review finalised scores and rankings. Rankings are calculated separately for each category.
7. Click **Complete and Lock Competition** only when all assigned panels have finalised their evaluations.
8. Issue certificates from each project page after completion.

## Evaluation Panel

1. Sign in and open **My Evaluations**.
2. Select an assigned project.
3. Enter a score for every rubric criterion. Decimal scores are accepted.
4. Use **Save Draft** to continue later.
5. Add comments and score justification, then click **Finalise Evaluation**.
6. A finalised evaluation is locked. A Superadmin must provide a reason to reopen it.

## Student

1. Open **Projects** and register a project while the competition status is Registration or Submission.
2. Add team members, supervisor details, abstract, and allowed files.
3. Change the project status to Submitted when ready.
4. The project becomes locked after panel assignment/evaluation begins.
5. View published rankings and download your certificate after it is issued.

## CSV imports

Always download a fresh template from INNEX. Imports are transactional: if one row fails, no rows from that upload are saved. Create competitions and user accounts before importing projects that reference them.

## Printing Panel Evaluation Comments (Superadmin)

The Superadmin can print evaluation comments in two ways:

1. Open a competition and select **Print Panel Comments** to produce a consolidated report covering all projects and assigned panels.
2. Open an individual project and select **Print Panel Comments** to produce a detailed report with criterion-level scores.

Both reports include panel names, evaluation status, total score, panel comment, score justification, and finalisation time. Other roles cannot access these confidential reports.
